At I Got You Services, we are passionate about sharing the practices that we continue, in gratitude to our ancestors and the many indigenous people throughout the world who passed on a wealth of knowledge that is beneficial to this day. By using the concept of A.I.R. and a series of techniques, we focus on Attention, to set clear Intentions, and Repetition to ensure that you feel the benefits of our practices long after each session has ended.

Breathing Techniques
The breathing techniques chosen can help alleviate stress and bring calmness as well as connect with the home that is your body with mindful awareness. Take a moment and join in a session that explores coregulating in a comfortable environment whether it be in person or through a videocall.

Meditation

In a session we offer a guided meditation that induces relaxation and is designed to help you focus, relax, and connect with your inner self.

Journaling
Journaling can be a powerful tool alongside breathwork that is encouraged greatly in this practice. As we focus consciously on taking in and releasing with the breath, it is a great reminder of the ability to do so outwardly on paper or whatever chosen canvas or mode of expression to continue the practice of releasing and expanding in a comfortable and safe space.

Meet the owner
My name is Ivory Henley, I am 29 years old and the founder of I Got You Services. I grew up for a period of time in San Diego, California, before moving to a handful of places and experiencing the greater world outside of the United States of America. In the midst of my own personal journey healing, I haven't found a more potent tool to use than breathwork for its immediate effects to calm the choppy waters I have found myself experiencing in life. With that same awareness I acknowledge the transitions I've had throughout life that make me wish I knew what I know now to ease the transitions. To find calmness and stillness and value in focusing on myself alone for the benefits of healing. Fulfilling my wishes to serve my community, I am elated to share some of the techniques that add to the collective power of the breath and our authentic selves.
